Curbside Pickup Available at Main & Branch

HOW IT WORKS:

• Curbside pickup of library materials is available at both the Main Library and Sonya Crawshaw Branch. 
• Items may be reserved in two ways - via online or phone
• No material returns will be accepted at the curbside
• Materials should be returned through material drop slots at either of our locations

TO REQUEST BY PHONE:

• Call the library to place a hold at 630-837-6800
• We will fill your holds as quickly as possible
• You may also receive an email, phone call, or text when holds are ready.

CURBSIDE PICKUP at Main Library

• Limit of 10 items
• Place hold on items online at pclib.org (24/7), through the MyLibrary app (24/7), or by calling 630-837-6800 (9 am-5 pm, Mon-Fri).
• Wait for pickup notification with scheduled day/time, sent via email or by phone call.
• Upon arrival, pull into assigned parking space off of Library Lane and call designated phone number to let staff know you have arrived. 
• Stay in your vehicle and be prepared to show library card or ID.
• When staff arrives, pop your trunk or unlock car door.
• RETURN ALL ITEMS IN BOOK DROP located off of Library Lane.

CURBSIDE PICKUP at Sonya Crawshaw Branch Library

• Limit of 10 items
• Place hold on items online at pclib.org (24/7), through the MyLibrary app (24/7), or by calling 331-808-3593 (1 pm-5 pm, Mon-Fri).
• Wait for pickup notification with scheduled day/time, sent via email or by phone call.
• Upon arrival, pull into assigned parking space in front of the Branch and call designated phone number to let staff know you have arrived. 
• Stay in your vehicle and be prepared to show library card or ID.
• When staff arrives, pop your trunk or unlock car door.
• RETURN ALL ITEMS IN BOOK DROP located in parking lot.
